Overview

With increasing number of people using internet shopping, working full time, and being unavailable to sign for deliveries, we have had a increasing demand for people requesting that we sign for their letters and parcels so they can simply collect these items with their laundry. Therefore we are offering this new parcel sign and collect service.

Pay As You Go

No need to register or pay any subsription for this service, simply pay for each letter/parcel that you have sent to Chilworths. Our prices are shown below:

Letters / Small Packets (A4 or smaller) - £2

Parcels - £4

Delivery Address

Please use the below format as the delivery address for any letters / parcels:

Parcel Size

Parcels of size up to 50cm x 50cm x 50cm will be signed for. Any parcels larger than this will need to be agreed prior to arranging delivery as we are limited in our storage capacity.

Collection

When collecting a parcel you will need to show ID which contains your name and address before the parcel can be handed over. This is for your protection so we can be confident only the intended recipient gets the parcel.

Terms & Conditions

- Letters/Parcels will NOT be handed over without valid ID AND payment.

- Letters/Parcels not collected within 4 weeks of delivery will be disposed of.

- Chilworths does not take responsibility for damage to the packaging or contents of any letters/parcels held.
